Refund policy
We have a 2 days return policy in general on our products.
Yoga pants have a free return or exchange policy. In case any fit or comfort issues , please do contact us for a free return or exchange.
On products like yoga socks and hairbands, unfortunately for hygiene related issues we do not accept any returns.
In case you have received a damaged product or any genuine issues, please do contact us on whatsapp, we will try to find a solution to satisfy you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can whatsapp us on +919004178275 or email on sales@xfyt.in . If your return is accepted, we’ll generate a return pickup and a delivery agent will pickup from your location within 48 hours. Refund is processed on receipt of verified return back to us , which can take 7-10 working days.
In cases of when an exchange has been allowed , only one free exchange is permitted. No Returns for exchange products accepted.
On refunds other than yoga pants in case your return is accepted then. a fee of 100₹ is charged for return shipping and refund processing in cases of COD orders. Yoga Pants have a free return / refund policy.
Please note due to repeated purchase and returns by Men , we hereby declare our Yoga Pants are for women alone and we reserve the right to deny return requests placed by men.
We request you to please order a single yoga pants initially and try the same. Please note that in case multiple yoga pants ordered and all returned , we will deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount. This is purely to keep costs low for our genuine customers. This can be waived off depending on the circumstance and customer history.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund is processed via netbanking or UPI within 3-5 working days of us receiving the verified item returned to our warehouse.
